XLA Design started off with two friends who helped each other design each of their dream homes. Word spread quickly and before they knew it, they were helping other friends design their homes. Jade Ausley who is a mom of 3 is an expert at thinking outside the box and adding the must have's. Kristina Lackey who is also a mom of 3, has the eye for details.
